Marjorie R. Post

Massapequa Parks

Overview

Marjorie R. Post is another one of the more popular parks in Massapequa. Although the facilities and courts are not as up to date with other local options such as John J. Burns Park, there is a large variety of activities that you can only find here.

For example, Marjorie R. Post is the only Massapequa Park that has an ice skating rink that attracts people from surrounding neighborhoods.  This outdoor ice skating rink is one of three locations of Town of Oyster Bay Ice Skating Rinks.

This Town of Oyster Bay Ice Skating Rink usually opens in November and remains open throughout February. While in season, the rink offers 2-hour skating sessions for a reasonable fee.
