The holiday season is one of the best times of the year to take a drive around Massapequa and Massapequa Park.
Starting seemingly just after Thanksgiving, lights go up around the neighborhood as everyone gets in the full swing of holiday spirit.
The Village of Massapequa Park has a great light display that typically gets lit in early December that embodies the spirit of what the Massapequa Community is all about.
Other areas, like the Unqua Circle, also have a tree lighting display to kick off the holiday season. Many people that live in Massapequa may not have even known about that until now.
This year, 2023, some Massapequa residents had some awesome holiday light displays.
We took a quick drive around and showcased some of our favorites in the article here.
This house was in the Massapequa Park area.
This house was across the street from Birch Lane Elementary School.
This house on East Shore may take the cake for the most holiday spirit. They had an ink skating rink in the front yard and one night brought out carnival rides with a DJ and threw a Christmas Party in the street. Shoutout to these people.
We are already looking forward to next year and seeing what the community will have!
Did you know about the lights at the Unqua Circle? Let us know with a comment!
Thank you for showing our house in Massapequa Park. It’s a great honor.
